Job Description:

Amity Infosoft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Network Security Engineer to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate has 2-6 years of experience in network security, is CCNA certified, and is confident handling L2/L3 firewall and network support for enterprise clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support firewalls and wireless access points
- Provide L2/L3 network and firewall support to end customers and partners
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, VPN, and security policy issues
- Lead product demos and training sessions for clients and partners
- Manage support tickets via CRM and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Mentor junior team members on network security best practices

Requirements




- 2-6 years of experience in a network security engineering role
- CCNA certified (mandatory); CCNP certification is a plus
- Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPN, VLAN, routing & switching protocols
- Familiarity with network security concepts — IPS, WAF, DDoS, MFA
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and basic cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Valid driving license and personal vehicle (for field visits)
- B.E./B.Tech (IT/CS/EC), MCA, BCA, or B.Sc. IT
