What You’ll Need To Succeed
- At least 10 years of IT experience in data engineering or related fields, with over 6 years focused on Snowflake and data warehousing concepts.
- Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, including data modeling,
performance tuning, and data sharing.
- Proficiency in Python, especially Snowpark, and SQL for developing data pipelines, stored procedures, and automation.
- Strong experience designing, developing, and optimizing complex data transformations and queries.
- Skilled in integrating data from various sources such as SFTP, AWS S3, and Excel.
- Familiarity with project tools like JIRA and Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot data and configuration issues efficiently.
Nice To Have
- Experience with Automic scheduling tools.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related IT or data field.
- 6+ years specifically working with Snowflake Data Engineering concepts.
