Role

Create high-quality, engaging video content for Webchirpy and its clients across social media, advertisements, YouTube and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and ads.
Edit long-form videos, webinars and educational content when required.
Add captions, transitions, animations, music, sound effects and visual elements.
Create robust hooks and engaging edits that improve viewer retention.
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos.
Follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
Work with the content and marketing team to deliver videos on schedule.
Take feedback and make revisions quickly.
Organize project files and maintain an effective editing workflow.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut or similar tools.




Positive understanding of short-form content and social media trends.
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling and visual composition.
Basic motion graphics and sound editing skills.
Ability to create clean, professional captions.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who can take raw footage + a brief and turn it into a polished, engaging video without needing constant supervision.

Portfolio is mandatory.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
