About the Role

Midnight Solutions LLP is looking for a Quality Executive to support quality control and food safety across our manufacturing operations. The role will involve working closely with R&D;, Production and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality checks of raw materials, packaging and finished products
Perform IPQC checks during production
Monitor product parameters such as weight, moisture, taste, texture and appearance
Ensure production follows approved SOPs, specifications and formulations
Identify and report quality deviations
Maintain quality records, checklists and batch documentation
Support implementation of GMP, GHP and HACCP
Monitor food safety and contamination risks




Coordinate with production and third-party manufacturers on quality issues

Requirements
B.Tech/B.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology or related field
Freshers welcome; up to 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Basic knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GHP and food safety
Positive communication and documentation skills
Solid attention to detail
Willingness to travel to manufacturing facilities when required
