Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics co-ordinator skilled to support our accounting, inventory, logistics, and operations team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in inventory management, purchase coordination, logistics documentation, and MS Excel/Google Sheets. The candidate should be organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
Monitor stock movement and perform inventory reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Generate inventory and operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
Maintain store-related documentation and proper record management.
Coordinate material dispatches and deliveries with transporters and site teams.
Track inward and outward movement of materials.
Prepare challans, e-way bills, and dispatch documentation.
Coordinate with Procurement, Store, Logistics, Accounts, and Site teams to ensure smooth operations.




Ensure timely reporting of inventory, dispatch, and logistics activities.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, SUMIFS, and data management.
Basic understanding of accounting principles, inventory management, and logistics operations.
Positive organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Robust problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com), Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Accounting, Inventory, Logistics, Store Operations, or a similar role.
Experience in inventory management, purchase coordination, logistics documentation, and stock handling will be an added advantag
