Job Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating current business through direct market visits, client meetings, networking, and field-level lead generation.

The ideal candidate should be confident, energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable meeting potential clients in person.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through field visits and direct client interaction.
Visit businesses, offices, shops, startups, and other potential clients to introduce DM Tech Studio's services.
Generate leads through cold visits, references, networking, local business connections, and market research.




Meet prospective clients and understand their business and technology requirements.
Pitch and explain services such as:
Website Development
E-commerce Website Development
Software / Web Application Development
Mobile App Development
Digital & Technology Solutions
Conduct face-to-face meetings and service presentations with potential clients.
Prepare and share proposals and quotations in coordination with the relevant team.
Follow up with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and subsequent meetings.
Negotiate with clients and work towards closing sales.
Maintain solid relationships with existing and newly acquired clients.
Coordinate with the technical/project team after closing to ensure proper requirement handover.
Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
