Junior Accountant – Real Estate Industry

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Accountant with 2–5 years of experience to handle day-to-day accounting activities for a real estate company. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally, GST, bank reconciliation, purchase/sales entries, and basic accounting.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/Accounting Software.
Handle cash and bank transactions and maintain proper records.
Prepare and maintain purchase and sales invoices.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Handle basic GST-related accounting and documentation.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain receivable/payable statements.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports.
Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers, invoices and other accounting records.




Coordinate with internal teams regarding bills, payments and accounting-related queries.
Perform other routine accounting tasks as required.

Required Skills
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Good working knowledge of Tally.
Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
Understanding of journal entries, ledgers, debit/credit, BRS and reconciliation.
Good numerical and communication skills.
Candidates with real estate/construction industry experience will be preferred.

Education

B.Com / M.Com / equivalent accounting qualification preferred.
