Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.

Develop and expand distributor, dealer and retail networks.

Manage General Trade, channel sales and market expansion.

Lead and manage the sales team.

Drive primary & secondary sales and market penetration.

Monitor market trends, competitors and sales performance.

Build robust distributor and retailer relationships.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 8 years of FMCG sales experience.

Strong experience in FMCG distribution & General Trade.

Proven sales leadership and target-achievement track record.

Robust communication, negotiation and team-management skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
