Assist in implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).
Prepare, update, and maintain QMS documents, procedures, SOPs, and quality records.
Monitor compliance with approved procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
Support internal audits and coordinate with departments for audit observations and corrective actions.
Maintain and monitor NCR, CAPA, customer complaints, and corrective action records.
Collect and prepare quality data, KPI reports, and monthly QMS reports.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and other departments for quality-related activities.
Support external/customer audits and drive continuous improvement in the QMS.
