Roles and Responsibilities of Sales Manager in Agency Channel

. Recruit Life Insurance agents and Part time employements under you

Guide and support them for business.
Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan
Conduct meeting with reporting agents on an ongoing basis to evaluate their performance and advise them on the same.
Generate revenue and acquire current customers either face to face or digitally.
Attend all meeting and training programs conducted by management
Ensure 1 or 2 joint calls are made on a daily basis
Comply with all the policies and procedures laid down by the company
Finally you need to meet your targets on monthly basis.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
