As the Tavern Server, you are responsible for ensuring timely and accurate food and beverage service while creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for guests. You contribute to the smooth operation of the tavern by maintaining cleanliness, assisting team members, and providing outstanding customer service that aligns with company standards.

Job Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
Accurately take and fill food and drink orders using POS systems,



and handle payment transactions
Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and sequence of service; ensure proper identification is checked when serving alcohol
Assist fellow servers and support staff to ensure a consistent and productive guest experience
Maintain cleanliness of the tavern, including restocking, wiping counters, and organizing service areas
Ensure dining area is clean and properly set with condiments and utensils at all times
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with company policy and health department regulations
Display friendly and qualified hospitality, maintaining a positive attitude with guests and team members
Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both gues
