The Muthoot Group is hiring for Branch Head profiles.

Job Role: - Branch Head

Job description :-
Achieving the allotted branch target.
Acquiring recent customers and addressing all product inquiries through branch walk-In, sales activities, marketing promotions, etc.
Regular follow-up for interest collection and NPA reduction.
Responsible for regular branch operations including KYC process, gold appraisal, robust room operations, gold packet preparation, closures and renewals.
Cross-selling all products and increasing branch walk-ins.
Ensuring error-free audit reports and proper compliance at the branch.
Maintaining punctuality, discipline and a high level of morality in line with the ethics & values of the company.




Cost control.
Other duties as instructed by higher authority.
Team Handling

Eligibility criteria for Branch Head
Candidates having minimum 5 years of work experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services in Sales or Marketing role at Managerial level
Age between 30 to 45 years
Candidates from Insurance background will be not be considered
Minimum Education Qualification:- Graduation
