Adobe Experience Cloud – Delivery & Practice Leader
Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership
Lead end-to-end delivery of Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Drive successful execution of multiple Adobe engagements across AEM, AEP, RT-CDP, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Oversee project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, governance standards, and best practices.

Technical Leadership
Provide architectural guidance and technical direction for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
Review solution designs and ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
Mentor technical teams and promote engineering excellence and Adobe best practices.
Support complex issue resolution and technical decision-making.

Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients,



and executive leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into technology solutions.
Act as the primary escalation point for delivery and technical issues.
Present solution strategies, project status, and delivery updates to senior leadership.

Team Leadership
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, business analysts, QA engineers, and project managers.
Foster a cooperative, high-performance team culture.
Support hiring, onboarding, capability development, and performance management.

Practice Development
Contribute to the growth of the Adobe Practice by developing reusable assets, accelerators, frameworks, and best practices.
Drive innovation by evaluating recent Adobe products, features, and emerging technologies.
Support capability-building initiatives through internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
