We are looking for a disciplined and responsible Ex-Army skilled to manage manpower operations at client sites and represent Authentic Staffing as the companys on-ground representative.
The candidate will be responsible for manpower deployment, attendance, discipline, workforce coordination, employee support, and maintaining a qualified relationship with the client.
Preferred candidate profile
Strong leadership, discipline, and team-management skills.
Experience in manpower supervision, security, administration, site operations, or field operations will be an advantage.
Positive communication in English and interpersonal skills.
