Key Responsibilities
SOP & Compliance Management
Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to warehouse activities are current, valid, and strictly followed.
Monitor all warehouse and dispensing activities to ensure compliance with approved procedures and proper documentation.
Training & Development
Conduct and ensure scheduled training programs for staff and support staff.
Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
Warehouse Planning & Operations
Plan and execute daily and monthly warehouse activities efficiently.
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials as per defined guidelines.
Inventory & Stock Management
Maintain optimum stock levels of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, and Finished Goods.
Prepare and submit monthly stock reports to management.
Ensure timely communication of retest and expired materials to concerned departments.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Purchase, PPIC, Marketing, and Logistics departments for smooth operations.




Maintain solid interdepartmental relationships.
Dispensing & Documentation
Ensure all dispensing activities are carried out as per SOPs.
Maintain accurate and complete records for all warehouse transactions.
Manpower Management
Optimize manpower utilization to achieve maximum efficiency.
Ensure adherence to cGMP norms by all staff.
Audit & Compliance
Ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for audit observations.
Quality & Investigation Support
Participate in investigations related to market complaints, deviations, and incident reports as required.
Calibration & Maintenance
Ensure daily, monthly, and yearly calibration of all weighing balances.
Review and follow up on calibration and preventive maintenance schedules with the Engineering department.
