Head – ERP & Enterprise Applications
to lead and drive their Oracle NetSuite ecosystem and enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

Role Highlights
Own the Oracle NetSuite strategy, roadmap, and governance.
Lead and mentor ERP & application teams (20+ members).
Drive implementations, customizations, integrations, and process automation.
Ensure scalability, security, compliance, and operational excellence.
Partner with executive leadership to deliver business transformation.

Requirements
10–15+ years
of Oracle NetSuite experience.
5+ years
leading NetSuite delivery teams.
Solid expertise in NetSuite implementation, customization, and integrations.
Experience managing large teams and complex enterprise settings.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Technical Skills
NetSuite Financials, Procurement & Inventory, Projects, Asset Management, CRM, and Reporting.
SuiteScript, Workflows, APIs, and integrations.
Enterprise architecture, cloud infrastructure, security, DR, and ITSM.
Preferred Industry Experience:
EPC, infrastructure, manufacturing, or other asset-intensive industries.
