Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Commercial Interiors to manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior and fit-out projects in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in site execution, project planning, vendor coordination, manpower management, budgeting, quality control, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete execution of commercial interior projects from planning to handover.
Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and daily/weekly work plans.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Supervise civil, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and other interior works.
Monitor project progress against timelines, budgets, and quality standards.




Manage site manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
Ensure materials are procured and delivered as per project requirements.
Identify and resolve site-related issues and execution bottlenecks.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
Maintain daily progress reports, measurement sheets, work orders, and project documentation.
Monitor project costs and minimize material and manpower wastage.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Coordinate snagging, rectification, testing, and final project handover.
Provide regular project updates to management and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
4–7 years of relevant experience in commercial interior / fit-out project execution.
Solid knowledge of commercial interi
