Core Responsibilities
Assist in creating, visual elements, layouts, promotional creatives, and digital designs.
Support the marketing and creative teams in turning ideas, campaigns, and business objectives into engaging visual content.
Create social media creatives, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing collaterals under the guidance of the design team.
Follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all creative assets.
Explore current design styles, visual trends, layouts, and creative approaches to improve the quality of brand communication.
Work closely with the marketing and promotional teams to understand creative requirements and deliver designs within timelines.
Make design revisions based on feedback and ensure final creatives meet quality standards.

Requirements
0–1 year of experience in Graphic Designing,



including academic projects or freelance work.
Basic to intermediate working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
Robust interest in graphic design, branding, advertising, and visual communication.
Good understanding of typography, colour, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to communicate ideas clearly and take creative direction positively.
Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to experiment with current ideas.
Ability to manage multiple design tasks and work within deadlines.
A portfolio showcasing academic, personal, freelance, or previous design projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
