1.Provide real-time support for meetings, events, and video conferencing (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, etc.).
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with AV systems, network integration, and connectivity.
Perform regular preventative maintenance checks and system testing.
Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal IT teams for escalations and support.
Maintain documentation of AV systems, schematics, patching information, and incident logs
Ensure all AV systems are up-to-date, clean, and presentable.
Manage inventory of AV assets and consumables in office.
