Objective of the Role:

To provide experienced professionals from diverse core industry backgrounds an chance to transition into Executive Search and Leadership Hiring, leveraging their industry expertise, functional knowledge, skilled networks and understanding of business leadership requirements.

Role & responsibilities
Understand Leadership Mandates
Understand client requirements, business objectives, organization structure and leadership expectations.
Work closely with senior consultants/partners to understand the role, critical competencies and success factors.
Translate industry and functional requirements into an effective search strategy.
Industry & Talent Mapping
Leverage prior industry experience to identify relevant companies, functions and talent pools.




Conduct market mapping and competitor mapping for senior leadership positions.
Identify potential candidates through qualified networks, industry contacts, databases and direct sourcing.
Develop and maintain a strong network of senior professionals.
Executive Search
Work on senior management and leadership mandates such as Functional Heads, Business Heads, Plant Heads, Directors, VPs and CXO positions.
Identify and approach passive candidates who may not be actively looking for opportunities.
Build candidate pipelines for niche and confidential assignments.
Candidate Assessment
Conduct initial discussions with senior candidates to understand:
Career progression
Functional and industry expertise
Leadership capabilities
Team and business scale
Key achievements
Career aspirations
Compensation and mobility
Use prior industry knowledge to assess the technical and functional suitability of candidate
