Biloxx is expanding its Sales Team and we're looking for ambitious, target-driven Business Development Associates (BDAs) who are hungry to learn, sell, perform and grow rapid.

This is not a role for someone looking for a routine 9-to-5 job. If you enjoy conversations, competition, targets and closing deals this role is for you.

EARNING POTENTIAL: UP TO 8 LPA
Up to 3 LPA Fixed
Up to 5 LPA Performance Incentives

What You'll Do
Connect with potential customers through outbound/inbound calls
Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant solutions
Follow up consistently and convert prospects into customers
Handle objections and negotiate effectively
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Build strong customer relationships
Take ownership of your numbers and performance
