Role & responsibilities
Visit client sites to inspect and troubleshoot issues in installed solar PV systems.
Diagnose electrical and system faults and provide effective solutions.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar power plants.
Coordinate with clients to understand and resolve service-related concerns.
Prepare service reports after every site visit.
Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, technical support, and warranty claims.
Ensure timely resolution of service requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Follow safety standards and company procedures during field operations.

Preferred candidate profile
Basic knowledge of Solar PV Systems.
Understanding of electrical wiring, inverters, and electrical panels.
Positive troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
Ability to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams (SLDs).
Robust communication and customer handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.
Willingness to travel for site visits.
