Recruitment
Prompt and alert in recruitment process.
Responsible for the entire recruitment process sourcing, keeping database, searching candidates, Screening CVs, short listing CVs, interviewing, appointment, negotiation and induction.
Completion of joining and exit formalities of each employee.
Preparing and filing the related documents and tracking records of the all required documents of active employees
Completing closure and F&F; formalities at the exit of the employee and carry out the handover procedure
Maintaining Recruitment sheet – Agencies contacts/ Portal IDs/ LinkedIn/ References/ Print media etc. and Vacancy List

H.R Policy
Preparing and maintaining the Annual HR Manual
Preparing and maintaining the leave and work policy sheet of each employee
Managing the issues of the employee and preparing the HR policies for the betterment of employee-employer relation
Handling grievance and guiding the employees as per the policies

Payroll Management & Employee Engagement




Payroll sheet- Tracking of attendance and reporting the attendance sheet to the accountant for the calculations and payment of salary. Update increment sheet periodically
Preparing the salary structure and fixing the components of each employee
Maintaining taxation, deductions, reimbursements etc.
Maintaining and updating the Directors compensation sheet and look for latest trends
Suggesting and arranging of employee advantage policies
Tracking of job responsibilities and performance assessment report of each employee. Preparing Annual performance forms and working with the employee for improvements
Employee Loan- completing the formalities and keeping the loan account updated
Giving and managing Form16 and maintaining Declarations
Keeping track of the compliances and keeping it updated
Keep updates on labor laws and other statutory compliances required to be fulfilled

Coordinating with the consultants and inspector as per require
