Key Responsibilities:
Train and mentor AR/Cash Management teams on payment posting and reconciliation processes.
Conduct current hire training, refresher sessions, and process updates.
Develop training materials, SOPs, and assessments.
Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching to improve quality and productivity.
Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to identify and address training gaps.
