Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end tendering and bidding activities for Buildings & factories civil projects.
Review tender documents, civil drawings, technical specifications, BOQ, and contractual requirements.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and bid submissions.
Perform rate analysis, budgeting, and costing for industrial construction works.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and project teams during bid preparation.
Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client clarification discussions.
Evaluate subcontractor/vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
Ensure compliance with tender conditions, project specifications, and safety standards.
Experience in Steel Plants, Cement Plants, Power Plants, Refineries, Process Plants, Industrial Buildings, Warehouses, and
Factory Infrastructure projects preferred.
Support contract negotiation and order finalization activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Solid experience in Heavy Industrial or EPC projects
Knowledge of industrial foundations, RCC structures, structural steel, plant infrastructure, and utility buildings
Robust analytical and commercial understanding
Solid communication and negotiation skills.

Note : Candidate should have Tendering process in the construction of Heavy Industries (Steel Plants/Power Plants/ Cement Factories, etc.
