Reporting To: Production Manager
Experience: 3–7 Years
Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Plastics / Production

Key Responsibilities
Manage shift-wise plastic injection moulding production.
Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor machine parameters, cycle time and machine performance.
Handle mould change, material change and machine setup.
Control rejection, rework, scrap and material wastage.
Identify and troubleshoot common moulding defects.
Allocate manpower and monitor operator performance.
Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams.
Ensure machine safety, PPE, 5S and housekeeping.
Maintain production, rejection and downtime reports.




Conduct proper shift handover and report issues to the Production Manager.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of injection moulding machines and moulds.
Knowledge of plastic materials and moulding defects.
Manpower handling and leadership skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Basic knowledge of 5S, TPM, OEE and quality systems

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
