Job Title: HR Executive

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Construction Equipment Dealership / Heavy Equipment industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations for the dealership.
Handle recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees.
Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
Monitor daily attendance, leave, absenteeism, and employee movement.
Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for timely salary processing.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
Ensure timely completion of joining, confirmation, transfer, and exit formalities.
Coordinate PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Law and other statutory compliance activities.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and management dashboards.




Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Liaise with branch/dealership management regarding manpower requirements.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.
Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/MBA/PG Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in Construction Equipment Dealership, Automobile Dealership, Heavy Equipment, or similar industry.
Positive knowledge of HR operations, payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HRMS/Payroll software.
Ability to handle employee issues professionally and confidentially.
Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.
