We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial records, preparing reports, supervising junior staff, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily accounting operations.
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
Monitor general ledger entries and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes.
Analyze financial information to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis reports.




Supervise and mentor junior accountants and accounting staff.
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
Support management with financial decision-making through data analysis.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Qualified certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA are preferred.
Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior role.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
