Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and well-organized Customer Service Executive to handle customer queries, provide information about the company’s products and services, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, processes, and documentation.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and within the required timelines.
Coordinate with Branch Operations, Sales, Accounts, and other departments for customer-related requirements.
Assist customers with foreign currency exchange-related queries and transactions, as per company procedures.




Verify and collect required customer documents in accordance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information in the system.
Follow up with customers regarding pending documents, transactions, and service requests.
Ensure timely and skilled communication with customers.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable RBI/FEMA guidelines.
Support branch operations and assist the team during busy business hours.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager / Branch Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
0–1 years of experience in customer service, front office, banking, forex, travel, retail, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
