Role Overview: APFTAL is looking for a competent and detail-oriented Deputy Quality Manager to assist in maintaining and improving the Quality System in line with DGCA CAR M and FTO requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Quality Manager in planning and conducting internal audits
Monitor compliance with DGCA regulations and company procedures
Review documentation, manuals, and procedures for accuracy and compliance
Assist in managing corrective/preventive actions and audit follow-ups
Liaise with DGCA officials and departments during audits and inspections
Eligibility Qualifications
DGCA-Approved AME Licence or equivalent technical qualification
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in aviation quality/compliance role
Thorough knowledge of CAR M, CAR 145, CAR FTO and QA systems
Prior FTO experience is preferred
Solid documentation and communication skills
