Job Description – HR Internship (Recruitment)

Duration [3–6 months]

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern – Recruitment to support our talent acquisition team. This internship is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and end-to-end recruitment processes. Based on performance of candidates, can be enrolled for permanent job.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Assist with offer and joining formalities
Support recruitment reports and daily/weekly hiring updates




Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Positive verbal and written communication skills
Solid interpersonal and organizational skills
Comfortable using MS Office/Google Workspace
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Prior internship or recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory
