Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Manage employee joining, confirmation, promotion, transfer, resignation, and exit processes.
Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave, absenteeism, and employee discipline.
Coordinate monthly payroll and salary-related inputs with the Accounts team.
Handle employee grievances and support management in resolving employee-related issues.
Coordinate PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable compliances.
Prepare HR MIS reports including headcount, recruitment, attendance, attrition, leave, and employee movements.
Work closely with Management, Principal, HODs, Administration, and Accounts.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
3–5 years of HR experience.
Experience in handling School/College HR, educational institutions,



or other structured organizations will be preferred.
Positive knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, attendance, and HR operations.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid problem-solving and employee-handling abilities.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with senior management.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have experience handling teaching faculty, non-teaching staff, administrative staff, and support staff will be preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Experience: 3–5 years
Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
