Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media
Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products based on their needs and budget.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, customisation, and order details.
Prepare and follow up on quotations and enquiries.
Coordinate with the packing and purchase team to ensure smooth order processing
Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers.
Maintain records of enquiries, orders, and customer details.
Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
