Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, chat and email.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
Resolve complaints professionally and within timelines.
Maintain customer information and interaction records.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Follow up on pending customer queries.
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
