Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience with .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, MVC
Deep understanding of AWS services - Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, CloudFormation
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools - Git, Jenkins, Docker, Terraform
SAFe Agile Certified (SA, SPC) - must have
AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer
Strong Agile/Scrum delivery and technical team leadership




Exposure to front-end frameworks like Angular or React is a plus
Experience working in distributed and global team environments

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across .NET + AWS stack
Oversee full SDLC - planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Scrum Masters to drive Agile delivery
Ensure adherence to SAFe Agile principles - PI planning, system demos, Scrum of Scrums
Review and contribute to cloud-native solution architectures
Ensure secure coding, code quality, and CI/CD best practices
Drive technical discussions, remove blockers, and promote engineering excellence
Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
