Job Description: Career Advisor (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities
Connect with candidates and understand their career goals, skills, and requirements.
Provide career guidance and suggest suitable opportunities based on candidate profiles.
Explain course, career, or job-related information clearly and professionally.
Handle candidate queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication.
Build trust and provide a positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and updates.
Achieve assigned targets and performance goals.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth candidate support.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.




Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/tools.
Ability to understand customer/candidate needs.
Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
