Sattrix Information Security Limited is looking for a Bid Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in driving our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end bid lifecycle for Government (GeM, CPPP, eProcurement) and Enterprise tenders.
Review RFP/RFQ documents and coordinate with OEMs, distributors, technical, commercial, and legal teams.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, compliance matrices, BoQs, and bid documentation.
Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
Coordinate pre-bid queries, vendor registrations, OEM authorizations, and bid clarifications.
Maintain bid documentation, MIS, and opportunity pipeline.

Preferred Qualifications:
1–4 years of experience in Bid Management.




Experience in IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Networking, Cloud, or Managed Services.
Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and other eTender portals.
Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
