Need at least 2 years+ work experience as a Business Development Executive in any Skill Development sector.

· Develop and execute community outreach, rural mobilization drives, and awareness campaigns to attract youth for vocational courses.

· Follow up on inbound and outbound leads through calls, counseling, and walk-ins to achieve monthly student enrolment targets.

· Coordinate with field mobilization teams, NGOs, and local self-help groups to ensure candidate batch intake.

· Identify, approach, and partner with schools, colleges, universities, and ITIs to set up skill development centers, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), or add-on certification courses.

· Conduct seminars, webinars, career counseling sessions, and workshops to pitch training modules to college administrations and students.

Sign Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with academic institutions for vocational curriculum delivery and faculty development programs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
