Fresher to 2 Years Experience

Job Summary:
Responsible for conducting physical and chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished spice products to ensure quality and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform physical tests such as moisture, bulk density, mesh size, and foreign matter analysis.
Conduct chemical analysis including pH, and other quality parameters.
Record and maintain test results and laboratory documentation.
Prepare and review Certificates of Analysis (COA).
Ensure all products meet customer specifications and food safety requirements.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
Report non-conforming results to the Quality Manager.
Follow Valuable Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety procedures.
Assist in internal audits and quality improvement activities.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
