We are looking for an
Operations Executive
who will own the day-to-day operational requirements of the organisation — from ensuring a current employee has their laptop ready before Day 1 to managing vendors, assets, procurement, and employee communication.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is proactive, organised, and comfortable taking complete ownership of operational tasks.
What You’ll Own
Employee & Asset Operations
Own the complete lifecycle of employee assets —
laptops, accessories, ID cards and other equipment
.
Ensure all required assets are ready and assigned before an employee joins.
Coordinate asset handovers during joining and recover assets during exit.
Maintain an updated asset and inventory tracker.
Coordinate repairs, replacements and warranty-related requirements.
Vendor Management
Manage relationships with vendors across laptops, IT equipment, office requirements and other operational needs.
Coordinate with vendors well in advance to ensure timely delivery and availability.
Negotiate prices, commercial terms and service timelines.
Identify and onboard new vendors wherever required.
Ensure vendors meet agreed timelines and service standards.
Recent Joiner Readiness
Work closely with HR to understand upcoming joiners and their requirements.
Ensure laptops, accessories and other required items are arranged before the employee's joining date.
Make sure every recent joiner has a smooth and hassle-free Day 1 from an operations perspective.
Procurement & Inventory
Manage day-to-day procurement requirements and coordinate purchase orders/invoices.
Monitor inventory levels and proactively plan requirements.
Ensure there is no last-minute shortage of essential equipment or supplies.
Maintain proper documentation and records for purchases and assets.
Employee Communication
Act as the point of contact for employees
