We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Automation Lead / QA Lead with robust expertise in Playwright with Python, Test Strategy & Planning, API Testing, CI/CD Integration, and Industrial Domain applications. The ideal candidate will lead QA initiatives, drive automation frameworks, mentor teams, and ensure high-quality software delivery in Agile environments.

Role & responsibilities
Define and execute overall Test Strategy, Test Planning, and Quality Assurance processes.
Lead a team of QA engineers and drive test automation best practices.
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright with Python.
Plan and execute manual, automation, integration, regression, and system testing activities.
Perform API testing using Postman and validate application integrations.
Execute performance and load testing using JMeter.
Manage defect lifecycle, root cause analysis,



and quality metrics.
Integrate automated test suites into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Review test cases, automation scripts, and test reports.
Collaborate with development, product, and release teams in Agile/Scrum settings.
Monitor test execution and quality dashboards using reporting and monitoring tools.
Drive continuous quality improvements and automation coverage enhancements.

Preferred candidate profile
Industrial Automation / Manufacturing Domain Experience.
Exposure to Test Reporting and Dashboarding.
Knowledge of Performance Testing and Security Testing.
Experience with Cloud and DevOps environments.
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
