We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Executive to join our team in Mumbai (HO). The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 7 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility
Provide technical support and assistance to employees with desktop-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems efficiently.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and other computer systems.
Develop and implement procedures for desktop support and maintenance.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of desktop support services.
Conduct regular maintenance and updates of desktop systems to ensure optimal performance.

Job Requirements
Any graduate degree in a computer-related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
Robust knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with desktop support tools and technologies.
