Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Kannada Teacher to facilitate engaging and effective learning experiences for students in the primary grades. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning setting that supports the holistic development of students.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver Kannada lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum and school guidelines.
Foster a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that promotes active learning.
Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning resources.
Assess, record, and report students' academic progress and development.
Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
Encourage students' language proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.




Maintain discipline and ensure effective classroom management.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and academic activities.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
Integrate creative teaching methodologies and technology into classroom instruction.
Support the school's vision of holistic education by contributing to co-curricular and extracurricular activities.

Qualification & Experience

Educational Qualification:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Kannada or relevant discipline.
B.Ed. is mandatory.

Experience:
Minimum 13 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE/ICSE school.
Freshers with solid academic credentials and passion for teaching may also apply.
