Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to manage the financial operations of our E-Commerce business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, handling GST and TDS-related activities, reconciling marketplace transactions, and supporting management with financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.
Prepare financial statements such as profit & Loss, Balance sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Monitor business expenses and support cost-control initiatives.
Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
Perform regular bank reconciliations.
Reconcile payment gateway transactions.
Reconcile sales and settlements from eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.




Verify financial data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and related filings.
Manage TDS deductions, payments, and returns.
Ensure compliance with Income Tax and other statutory requirements.
Support internal and external audits.
Generate e-invoices as per applicable regulations.
Create and manage e-way bills for goods movement.
Reconcile TCS collected by eCommerce operators.
Track and claim TCS credits in GST returns.
Maintain proper records of TCS deductions and credits.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Positive understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
Experience handling eCommerce accounting and marketplace reconciliations.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
