Technical Recruitment Intern
to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in technical hiring.

Responsibilities
Source candidates through
LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed
, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Collect interview feedback and maintain recruitment trackers.
Assist in hiring for roles such as
Software Developers, QA, Front-End, Back-End, Mobile Developers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers
.

Requirements
Pursuing or completed a degree in
HR, Management, or a related field
.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interest in recruitment and HR.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced setting.
