Candidate should be a graduate.
Candidate must be two Wheeler Sales and Collections, along with driving Cross-Selling activities (Sourcing Commercial Vehicles and Home Loans) at the branch level.
The role will involve managing business sourcing, monitoring collections, supporting cross-selling initiatives, and ensuring smooth branch operations.
Should be able to Speak, Read and Write in English and Gujarati.
Should be willing to travel within Anand & Gujarat as per the companies requirement .
Should have basic Excel skills.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
Identify current markets, customers, channels, and business prospects.
Manage and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Set sales targets and track individual and team performance.
Generate leads through market visits, networking, referrals, and business development activities.
Candidate sould have min 2 years of experiance from NBFC, Banking .
