* Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.

* Prepare and supervise Indian street food, chaat, tandoor, and curry items.

* Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, portion size, and food quality.

* Ensure proper mise en place and smooth kitchen operations during service.

* Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and other kitchen staff.

* Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.

* Monitor food stocks, wastage, and portion control.

* Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of food items.

* Support menu preparation and contribute recent dish ideas where required.

* Handle kitchen operations efficiently during busy service periods.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
