Position Overview: As a US recruiter you will be responsible for supporting our recruitment team in identifying and attracting qualified candidates for various positions. This entry-level role offers an excellent chance to learn the basics of recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing potential candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
Assist in maintaining accurate candidate records and documentation.
Support the recruitment team in various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Any Graduation or Post Graduation.
Robust interest in recruitment with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
Positive communication skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
