Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and lead high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in dealer/distributor management, regional sales, team leadership, strategic planning, and market development.

Key Responsibilities
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region.
Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Manage, mentor, and monitor the performance of Area Sales Managers and field sales teams.
Build, strengthen, and expand dealer and distributor networks.
Identify and onboard recent dealers, distributors, and key accounts to expand the customer base.
Conduct farmer meetings, promotional activities, market activations, and product demonstrations.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy receivables.
Handle customer/dealer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing,



market trends, and business opportunities.
Prepare and review sales reports, budgets, forecasts, and incentive plans.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and sales processes.
Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Product, and other cross-functional teams.
Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales team members as per business requirements.
Identify prospects for market expansion, channel development, and business growth.
