Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical positions and lead a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in non-IT hiring, stakeholder management, team leadership, sourcing, and recruitment operations, with the ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver quality candidates within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions.
Understand business requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define job descriptions, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, communication, compensation, and organizational fit.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.




Manage offer negotiation, candidate follow-up, joining formalities, and offer-to-joiner conversion.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, allocate requirements, monitor productivity, and ensure timely closures.
Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, closures, submissions, interview-to-selection ratio, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
Develop effective sourcing strategies for volume and niche non-IT hiring.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Work with senior stakeholders to resolve recruitment challenges and provide regular hiring updates.
Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, quality standards, and company policies.
